Antofagasta Minerals (AMSA) is a Chilean mining company that explores for, produces and sells copper and other minerals. It operates the El Tesoro, Los Pelambres, Michilla, Esperanza and Centinela copper mines in Chile. Antofagasta Minerals is controlled by Londonbased Antofagasta plc, the mining arm of Chile’s Luksic group. AMSA needed a way to provide its group companies with ways to share information in a digital environment, to help increase effectiveness and decisionmaking.
